White teeth or bright teeth?

It is important to distinguish between teeth white and bright. Indeed, most people use the concept of whiteness but in fact wish to have more dazzling teeth, ie much brighter. It is then a question about dental hygiene, brushing. Except in case of surface defects, teeth brushed very well with healthy gums give a more dazzling tooth. The enamel is a beautiful area that well cared for, well cleaned and maintained, is naturally very bright. Meanwhile, there toothpaste containing more or less agents' bleaching' based on oxygen and can increase the brightness of teeth. Other color gum toothpaste, amplifying the contrast between the gums and enamel, making teeth appear whiter (e.g. enamel diamond). Some toothpastes are more effective than others because of their formulas to remove surface stains, such as those suffered by people who drink much coffee, tea or a consume food coloring. Toothpastes bicarbonate that put more emphasis on the side whitening for example can help these people more sensitive than other stains. What is needed above all is to be careful not to use toothpaste that is too abrasive, too aggressive for the enamel. Again, the dentist can give good advice.
