Of course, most natural sleeping aids are of the herbal variety and among the most commonly used is chamomile. Chamomile is an herb that is often used as tea. Chamomile is considered as the most popular sleep aid and it has been used for years. No one is unable to know how chamomile works but some theorize that is has a connections to a component of the tea knows as apipogen. However, there are few problems when using this. While it is not narcotic and not habit-forming as much as any type of tea is, it may cause allergic effect for people who are sensitive to daisies.
