Preventing Hot Flashes

In America, hot flashes affect most of the menopausal women and other persons who are under in certain medical conditions. Hot flash is the hot feeling in the upper body particularly on the neck and face which turns red. Hot flash may be accompanied with heart palpitations, dizziness, and headache and sweating. A person may feel chilly when the attack is over. Hot flash is caused by the hormonal fluctuations that usually takes place during menopause and by some mechanism, the blood vessels get enlarged and more blood flows that causes flushed face and feeling the excess of heat.

Hormone Replacement Therapy has always been known to be the effective treatment for hot flash. But it side effects especially the chances of getting cancer make it short. So the other way to treat hot flash is using natural herbal remedy.
